Robert Braunstein has spent his life lifting — barbells, students, teammates, and a family that adores him. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, then turned his discipline toward the classroom and the football field.
An entire career as a teacher. A lifetime on the sidelines as a football coach. And even now — long past when most men hang it up — he's still in the gym, coaching weight training to the next generation of high school athletes.
Strong is not a phase for him. It's who he is.
